We are an established summer camps operator looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to lead the student recruitment effort for a new and exciting proposition in the summer school landscape, launching in October. In addition, you’ll play a key role in working with partners across the globe to recruit for our larger portfolio of programmes, including the industry leading brand Nike Sports Camps.

Our head office is based in Central London, though we offer some flexibility on location

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

·       Lead a sales and marketing plan for delivery of sales objectives.

·       Work with Senior management to identify core markets and key agents within those markets.

·       Attend industry events and fairs in UK and abroad.

·       Plan trips to key markets to visit existing and potential new partners.

·       Develop a detailed understanding of the programme on offer and have input into improvements and potential changes for future years.

·       Troubleshoot and problem solve alongside the operations team.

 

What we are looking for someone:

 

·       With experience working in the academic summer school market.

·       With an existing network of agents with great relationships and trust.

·       Who is a team player and enjoys working towards exciting goals in a team environment, whilst also being effective and proactive in working independently.

·       Energetic and positive with a sense of humour, and an ability to remain calm under pressure.

·       Committed to project completion and willing to work long hours and weekends when required (only during June, July and August).

·       Goal orientated, who thrives on developing lasting working relationships.

·       With an enjoyment of travel, meeting people and learning from experience.
