We're looking for an ESL academic manager to join the school (on a full-time basis) who is able to lead and inspire the academic team to deliver excellent academic output. The successful postholder will also form a key part of the school's management team and will be able to deputize for the school Director. The Director of Studies will hire responsible for ensuring HR practices are followed, including, recruitment, discipline and training; as well as working to meet organizational priorities.

The successful candidate:

  • will preferably hold a DELTA or MA TESOL or equivalent

  • has experience teaching in a similar ESL environment and preferably has experience teaching Business English
