This is an exciting and dynamic time in the University's strategic development with a focus on significant growth in the development of our internationalisation plan and international student recruitment and partnership activities.

Based in Hamilton, this new leadership role leads a team of dedicated regional managers responsible for managing the University's international student recruitment activity. In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing a three-year international student recruitment plan in consultation with key stakeholders, building productive relationships within key recruitment channels, and identifying and supporting recruitment opportunities across the University.

To succeed in this role you will have experience working in an international office or similar environment with substantial knowledge of international student recruitment as well as experience developing strategy to inform operational activities. The preferred applicant will have demonstrated mid-senior management experience in international education or a similar service industry and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

As well as having a strong understanding of the global education environment you will preferably have good business acumen and experience developing business cases to underpin commercial activities. It is essential you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant area, with a postgraduate qualification preferable.
