As the UK’s top specialist arts institution, The University for the Creative Arts is seeking to appoint an experienced Regional Recruitment Manager to support the delivery of the University’s internationalisation strategies.

 

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues both internal and external to the International Studies Department to plan and develop initiatives and events to enhance the experience of our international students whilst in the UK, liaise with internal departments ensuring student conversion, retention and progression targets are met, and also to be responsible for international students’ recruitment for the assigned region.  

 

This role will play a fundamental and critical role in supporting the Head of International Recruitment in the delivery of successful integrated international student recruitment and marketing activities across all core target markets and channels.
