We require a highly qualified and motivated Principal to lead and take forward our year round English language school and summer school operation in Worthing. Ideally the successful applicant will have a degree and an ELT qualification plus relevant experience. Equally important however is the ability to act calmly under pressure and be an excellent team manager.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for every aspect of the day to day operation of the school, liaising with overseas representatives, ensuring that students are appropriately accommodated (in conjunction with the accommodation team) and maintaining and improving the school's accreditation profile. This is a wide ranging, challenging and ultimately rewarding role for the right professional manager.
