About the role:

The Senior Regional Sales Manager will lead a team to manage agent and feeder relationships and service experience.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing depth relationships with key agent partners and contributing to their sales strategy and team leadership.  You will also be responsible for:

  • Cost effectively managing the wider agent network
  • Coordinating with various external partners including universities, PTEs and schools under certain circumstances.
  • Service experience and delivery and profitability across the region of responsibility

About you:

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing with a couple of years’ experience in sales and marketing with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model.  You will describe yourself as a commercially savvy sales professional with a successful track record in delivering results with experience leading a team of high performers.  You will have the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organizations both internally and externally along with the experience nurturing customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers’ business requirement.  In addition, you must also:

  • Be result orientated with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and change and the ability to work with a team through change
  • Experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects within a marketplace
  • Strong sales planning ability around developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for a portfolio of customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
