Core responsibilities:

• Initiate and implement marketing strategies to approach new partners -
agents, tuition centres and other potential partners

• Grow Can-Achieve’s active partner network in the region and achieve
agreed target by supporting partners’ promotion activities and providing
necessary services

• Liaise with existing partners and maintain a healthy relationship
through multiple channels of communication

• Attend exhibitions and recruitment events, providing professional
counselling services to various partners

• Plan and manage the online social media marketing and recruitment
activities

• Work as a key team player and coordinate between other regional BD
staff and the headquarter

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of bachelor degree in business, education, or
related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment or other BD/
Sales/Customer-facing related experience

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Great networking and interpersonal sills

• Ability to work independently as well as act as a team player
