Founded in 1899, Burgundy School of Business (BSB) is an international teaching and research Grande École, member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles and double accredited by EQUIS and AACSB. It currently has more than 2,500 students and more than 170 permanent employees.

BSB offers high level management training courses (from undergraduate to postgraduate level). It also promotes its expertise in the management of wine and spirits with the internationally recognized School of Wine & Spirits Business, which is entirely dedicated to this sector of activity.

As part of the development of its International Development department, BSB is currently looking for an INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL OFFICER.

Working crosswise with: Directors undergraduate and graduate programs, Marketing et Communication Division, International relations Division.

General activities

In the role of digital recruiter, you'll be involved in developing an organization’s multi-channel marketing and sales strategies with the final goal of engaging international students.

Digital sales involve the promotion of our programs through a variety of digital channels, using the internet and mobile technology. Push and pull marketing techniques are applied, targeting students both directly and indirectly.


Commonly used digital marketing and sales techniques include:

·         Define student personas, set up different call to actions and KPI and create, adjust, follow online recruitment campaigns per country or per program in order to collect the highest number of qualified leads.

·         Create, implement and follow pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

·         Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective students, advise on appropriate action plans.

·         Define a program remarketing strategy and implement it.

·         Manage all international reference websites, online promotion partners and social media campaigns

·         Maintain positive student relationships: nurture leads, answer to student questions accurately and increase student satisfaction.

·         Oversee and manage quality marketing automation to CRM workflows

·         Set up and plan different webinars through our webinar platform and supervise the activities

·         Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

·         Oversee and coordinate the implementation of a new CRM campaign management tools.

·         Track the conversion of MQL (marketing qualified leads) SQL (sales qualified leads) and support the strategy of marketing funnel based on lead to close conversions.

·         Provide reporting and analysis on CRM data.

·         Support the marketing team to create an international social media strategy according to our target audience with the final goal to develop an online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

·         Contribute to create an effective communication plan.

·         Support the search engine optimization strategy (SEO) - developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.

·         Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback



·         Holding a Master’s degree preferably in marketing, business, international development or equivalent.

·         Excellent written and spoken English (will be tested during the interview)

·         A minimum of one year experience in international marketing and sales in a company

·         Good analytical skills



·         Experience working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions.

·         Online sales practices

·         Experience with a CRM platform

·         Google certifications and Google analytics management

·         Some travelling abroad will be required

·         Working experience abroad

·         Second language (Chinese, Russian, Arabic…)
