About the role

In the role of Head of Marketing Operations, you will be leading the central marketing operations team, responsible for product marketing, messaging, website, user experience and search engine optimisation for all markets, products and customer types.

Define brand positioning for products based on clear differentiation
Develop go-to-market plans
Develop stakeholder communication plans for new and revised qualifications
Develop and optimise marketing collateral, including web content and campaign assets
Develop supporting promotional assets, e.g. testimonials, videos, imagery
Measure effectiveness of content against planned outcomes
Optimise user experience, customer journeys and conversion rates
Ensure coherence of marketing proposition and key messaging
Uphold and exemplify brand values and guidelines
Plan, implement and manage Trinity’s search engine optimisation strategy

About You   

Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced competitive environment
Strong team leadership and management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, eloquent and clear
Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing. Need to have familiarity with concepts such as lead management, demand generation and nurturing
Strong understanding of digital B2C marketing.
Excellent inbound marketing skills
Technical and practical knowledge of search engine optimisation
Strong UX and conversion rate optimisation skills
Familiarity with up-to-date CMS and CRM solutions
In-depth knowledge of the global English Language assessment market.
