Agent Relations Officer (12-month contract)
Working hours: 5 days a week (20 hours per week), 1 March 2024 – 29 February 2025
Location: Remote working

Quality English Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable administrator with a background in the international education industry. The role will support some of QE’s primary functions including the supporting, growing and developing the Quality Agent Network

Quality English, ‘QE’, is the established and award-winning, quality, global brand for successful and prestigious independent English language schools. Quality Education is an established sister-brand for successful and prestigious colleges teaching academic and/or vocational courses to international students, in the medium of English.

QE promotes the brand on behalf of the schools and offers a range of marketing services to the schools. There are 60 excellent centres that have a licence to use the QE or QED brand. 
There is a work force of the: the Chief Executive (based in Wallingford, UK), the Marketing and Operations Manager (based in Germany), and this role.

The Agent Relations Officer will take responsibility for several key activities, working remotely from home and in regular contact with their colleagues. It is a multi-faceted role, and this list is not exhaustive.

1 Agent Database Management
·       Manage and cleanse the Quality Agent database.
·       Act as the primary liaison between QE, language travel agents, and schools, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. 
·       Contribute to the project's strategic planning and long-term success, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
·       Handle administrative tasks related to agent relations and membership management.
·       Distribution of Quality Agent certificates and other materials.
·       Monitoring student numbers from Quality Agents to QE/QED schools.
·       Support the design and distribution of Quality Agent certificates and other materials.
2 Develop and promote the benefits of the Quality Agent scheme
·       Devise and develop new benefits for Quality Agents.
·       Supporting marketing campaigns to attract new Quality Agents.

3. Marketing
·       Support the development of agent profiles on the new QE website.
·       Facilitate webinars with Quality Agents.
·       Assist with the launch of the new Quality agent scheme.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong administrative skills with a keen understanding of the travel industry. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. 
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
Knowledge of program management and stakeholder engagement. 
A very good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Strong IT skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
·       Experience of working with non-English speakers.
·       Proven experience in agent relations and international relationship management.
