We’re looking for a highly organized, outgoing and proactive person to work as a Student Experience Coordinator within the Student Experience tasks. You’ll be joining a young, international team surrounded by Higher Education experts on our Barcelona campus.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organization of activities and events to facilitate connections and relationships among students.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Ensure programs align with institutional goals and promote student engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Develop effective channels and means of communication between Student Experience and students.
  • Serve as a resource for students seeking information, guidance, or assistance with campus resources and services.
  • Collect feedback from students through surveys, focus groups, and other assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish partnerships with external organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders to expand opportunities for student engagement and experiential learning.
  • Maintain a database of companies and guest speakers for the different events.
  • Participate in the selection of the student board and clubs and follow up. Encourage them to organize different activities to create community among students.
  • Coordinate the events and activities team


You’ll need to show a proven ability to work independently, in planning and delivering events in a complex environment, responding well to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong, proactive personality with an eye for detail.

You’ll also need to demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skill
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of student engagement and support.
  • Previous experience working in higher education, student affairs, or related field.
  • Advanced (C1) level of English, Spanish
