We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our international student recruitment sales function. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing the entire student journey, from application to enrolment, by leveraging data and developing efficient processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong data analytics capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with a complex team and diverse datasets. The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including the comms team, admissions, systems, scheduling and partners, to ensure a seamless recruitment cycle and maximize student enrolment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven processes to manage the student journey from application to enrolment efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to document tasks and ensure smooth progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the recruitment director, regional directors, and the international recruitment coordinator to align strategies and achieve recruitment targets.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of databases and systems for tracking student applications and enrolment status.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting recruitment performance and insights.
- Coordinate with the comms team to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application processing and ensure a positive student experience.
- Manage relationships with external partners to facilitate the recruitment process and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor and manage KPIs and other performance metrics to track progress and achieve enrolment goals.
- Continuously improve recruitment operations and strategies through proactive problem-solving and process refinement.
Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 4-6 years) in sales operations, data analysis, and project management, preferably in the international education or student recruitment sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Strong project management skills to drive initiatives and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, enrolment management software, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate the team to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Familiarity with international student recruitment trends and challenges is a plus.
