Joining one of our most prestigious and successful Centres, the Centre Director provides leadership to INTO University of Exeter, on behalf of the JV Committee, managing the partner relationships effectively and proactively (within INTO and University of Exeter).
The primary purpose of the Centre Director is to lead the delivery of the strategic and operational goals of INTO University of Exeter, driving deep and corporative relationships, ensuring that the INTO Centre continues to add significant value to its partner; University of Exeter.
You will have full responsibility for the Centre, including Academic, Operational and Facilities leadership, and own Financial/Budgetary responsibility, ensuring that the INTO Centre can meet the highest standards with regards to statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will provide visible, dynamic, and progressive in-person leadership to the Centre community (employees and students), creating an environment where everyone has a sense of purpose and feels valued and motivated. The position has significant BAU operational responsibilities, along with substantial opportunity to drive through meaningful change.

INTO University of Exeter is located on campus and provides students with a range of academic and cultural support services. The University of Exeter is one of the most highly ranked universities in the UK, programs at INTO Exeter have been tailored to fit the university's strategic objectives.
