StudyMe is a new innovative digital recruitment platform that exists to help students find the best possible education, and to help schools find the best possible students. Developed in partnership with institutions and students – we believe in the power of education to transform lives, because the magic happens when students study the right program at the right school.
To achieve this, we created a platform which flips the traditional recruitment paradigm. Rather than students searching for schools, on StudyMe, schools find the right students for their institution based on academic qualifications, study aspirations, budget, and more. Our unique approach allows schools and students to have more effective and efficient conversations knowing there is mutual interest to engage.
Today, StudyMe has over 40,000 students on our platform, from over 100 countries and facilitated over 30,000 conversations between universities and students.

The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for building strategic partnerships and managing existing partnerships with institutions in your allocated territory.

●      Mixed Matrix product project engineering delivery (Web & Mobile)

Key Responsibilities
●      Report to the Director of Customer Success on a weekly basis
●      Identify, build, and maintain partnership opportunities that will support the strategic vision and growth of StudyMe
●      Continuously work to identify new opportunities for current partners who wish to accelerate their engagement and recruitment outcomes through StudyMe
●      Close sales opportunities and steward partnerships through client delivery; ensuring client retention and high satisfaction through relationship development
●      Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each partner and drive continued value and revenue of our products prioritizing strategically important partners
●      Lead the agreement of renewals and territory extensions for all partnerships in your territory
●      Develop strategic partnership plans for priority partners in your territory to ensure their needs are being maximized and are aligned with agreements
●      Develop and execute tactical sales plans meet or exceed our regional growth objectives, ensuring the current partner offer and KPIs are aligned.
●      Advocate partner needs/issues cross-departmentally and support internal teams in ensuring the smooth delivery of services
●      Responsible for regionalizing the business development strategy to achieve targets and drive partner growth across your territory
●      Serve as a point of contact as product and platform expert in the region.
●      Represent StudyMe at relevant industry events ensuring StudyMe is perceived as a market leader with deep educational sector relevance in the region.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
●      5+ years’ experience in higher education, business development / sales, strategic planning or relationship management
●      Great people skills
●      A team player, willing to do what it takes to win together and support others on the StudyMe team
●      Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner
●      Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities quickly
●      Self-motivated, self-managed proactive, risk taking, and a very high drive to succeed
●      Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
●      Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with all levels of administration, including senior management staff and senior level customers to drive and enhance long term partnerships
●      Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
●      Ability to give and take constructive criticism
