Job purpose 

The Recruitment Manager will drive student recruitment to the Centre. They will have ownership of key markets and will work in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Recruitment to develop and implement strategies to improve the Centre’s proposition to market and increase international student recruitment to the INTO London Centre. 

Reporting line 

The Recruitment Manager will report to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and will also work very closely with INTO’s Global Recruitment Unit. 

Job dimensions 

The Marketing Manager will drive student recruitment to the Centre. They will have ownership of key markets and will work in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Recruitment to develop and implement strategies to improve the Centre’s proposition to market and increase international student recruitment to the INTO London Centre. 

Key accountabilities and duties 

• Work closely with the Assistant Director of Recruitment to input into, develop and implement the Centre’s recruitment and marketing strategy. 
• Meet or exceed annual student enrolment targets for the Centre by driving and supporting the promotion of the Centre in collaboration with INTO’s Global Recruitment Unit, spread across a network of over 20 overseas offices. 
• Contribute to the effective management of recruitment and marketing budgets for the assigned recruitment regions, and creating the Centre’s recruitment calendar 
• To be collaborative in approach, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the INTO London Centre team and INTO’s internal recruitment, marketing and admissions teams and those of our preferred progression partner Universities. 
• Travel extensively within the UK and overseas to support in-market Centre recruitment activities, which may include providing training to agent partners, delivering workshops, attending exhibitions and counselling prospective students and parents on the Centre’s proposition. 
• Support INTO Global Recruitment Unit colleagues by providing consistently high levels of expertise on the INTO London proposition. Contribute to the development of a suite of marketing collateral which supports recruitment across B2B and B2C channels. 
• Liaise with a range of colleagues, both internal and external, to deliver high levels of customer service and student experience. 
• Monitor and report and student application, offer and enrolment data and increase the conversion rate of application to offer, and offer to enrolment. 
• Manage inward stakeholder visits and events including agent familiarisation visits, applicant and offer holder events, visits and ‘walkins’ to the Centre. 
• Manage the development, promotion and execution of scholarships and incentives. Evaluate and report on their effectiveness and make recommendations to the Assistant Director of Recruitment. 
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Centre’s annual conversion plan with the aim of maximising the conversion of offer holders to enrolments across Centre programmes. 
• Work with the Assistant Director of Recruitment and other key stakeholders to produce and manage the INTO London marketing and recruitment calendar. 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an alumni strategy which supports student recruitment goals. Co-ordination of student ambassador activities. 
• Keep abreast of content trends that appeal to Gen Z and cultural trends. 
• Present a professional and positive image of the Centre at all times.

Band D £32,401.00 - £43,838.00. per annum, inclusive of London weighting but dependent on skills and experience.
