Job Requirements
INTO Manchester is seeking an Assistant Director - Student Recruitment who will work closely with the Centre Director to develop and implement strategies to recruit international students from around the world. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Assistant Director - Student Recruitment will be responsible for working with the Global Recruitment Unit to monitor and drive student recruitment performance and to provide the business with insight into performance through comprehensive analysis. They will manage the recruitment and marketing team within the Centre to ensure optimal efficiency and results in promotion of the Centre.

Salary - Band E - £37,014 to £50,079 per annum.

Bonus – Up to a maximum of 20% of annual salary based on achieving annual sales targets.
