The Role

We are currently recruiting for the post of Recruitment Manager at INTO Manchester.

Based in the INTO Manchester Centre, the post holder will work closely with the Assistant Director -Recruitment to support the marketing of the Centre and recruit international students in line with Centre strategy. In support of these aims, the post holder will work with a range of different stakeholders external to the Centre, including the Global Recruitment Unit teams around the world, central Marketing teams, colleagues in our partner institutions and visitors to the Centre. Additionally, the role provides support for the Head of Recruitment by undertaking upwards of 12 weeks’ international travel per year to participate in recruitment activities.

Working closely with a number of key stakeholders, the postholder will be responsible for working with the Assistant Director -Recruitment to achieve student enrolment targets. Working to achieve these student enrolment targets will involve getting involved in a range of student recruitment activities including agent training and workshops, exhibitions, and counselling prospective students and parents on the INTO Manchester proposition. The postholder will also be responsible for overseeing walk-in enquiries to the Centre, and liaising with University International Office colleagues.

Marketing responsibilities of this post include contributing to the brochure production process and the production of online and print materials. 

This varied role will require excellent attention to detail, an ability to manage conflicting deadlines, a flexible approach to working (especially as the role involves international travel) and the ability to work independently.


Band D £26,499 - £35,851.
Salary is dependent upon skills and experience.
