We are looking for a Head of Learning Content to join our Didactics team in Berlin!

You will

  • Lead Babbel’s learning content direction and production for a broad range of existing and new learning experiences, including and beyond lessons 
  • Lead, coach and further develop a team composed by team leads, project managers and editors, while maintaining our performance standards
  • Drive the continuous improvement & further diversification of Babbel’s learning content
  • Continually refine the production processes along with our release and quality management teams
  • Further evolve our data- and learner-centric approach towards learning content in close collaboration with our learning analytics teams
  • Reinforce Babbel's culture, incl. continuous learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Create strategic and operational alignment between Learning Content and the rest of the business 
  • Report directly to the VP of Educational Strategy and support them in the definition of the learning content strategy together with stakeholders

You have

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, Linguistics or a related field
  • 6+ years of work experience with digital content / learning products
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong learner orientation and insight generation skills (data-to-insights-to-action cycle)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A strong analytical mindset 
  • Passion for the digital language learning space
