Having only been recently formed a year ago, you’ll be a pioneering member of a team focused on building our growing network of higher education partners. We want strong brand advocates who have the ability to sell consultatively by empathising with our partners’ needs and challenges to make Cialfo the essential partner for every educational institution. 

Responsibilities

  • You'll be actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Communicating with prospective clients (colleges and universities) to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • "Solutions based selling" of Explore products to potential clients.
  • You understand the challenges and pain points of our clients and enjoy ideating on new features to make Cialfo their super product.
  • Building relationships with your exceptional people skills, the Cialfo way.
  • Collaborating with internal departments within Explore and Cialfo as a whole to facilitate client need fulfilment.
  • Market research is your weapon of choice to analyse market / industry trends, user or partner behaviour.
  • Documentation via Salesforce and Notion (yes, we love tools that make us productive and keeps us up to date on our deals).
  • Thinking from the perspective of our users or potential clients and giving them the best experience they've ever had that you've got them signing contracts without much hassle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of meaningful experience in sales to universities and colleges.
  • Strong connections within the international admissions community preferred.
  • Proven track record of selling software into large accounts and achieving personal and team goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) and G-Suite (Google Drive, Calendars, Docs, Spreadsheet and Slides).
  • Excels in maintaining good relationships with partners and clients.
