Your responsibilities:

  • In this leadership position you are in charge of a growing team of recruiters and international representatives
  • Drive the IUBH internationalization agenda & recruitment growth strategy on international markets
  • Develop the agent and institutional channel, as well as other relevant recruitment partnerships for recruiting students
  • Identify opportunities as well as threats and adjust recruitment plans accordingly, in alignment with the IUBH strategy and target, ensuring development of new business and sustainability of existing channels
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including attendance at fairs and events through the development and execution of an integrated plan with associated targets and KPIs
  • Manage a team of business developers, including regional representatives and partners
  • Monitor and evaluate performance against agreed targets; coordinate the timely reporting of progress of results and outcomes of planned activities, development, business


Your profile:

  • Graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant management, business or marketing related discipline
  • Proven management level experience within international education, ideally in the Higher Education sector and/or business development
  • Experience of managing and developing a network of recruitment agents
  • Effective knowledge of international as well as German qualification frameworks
  • Knowledge of EMEA, LatAm and Asian markets desirable
  • Goal-driven personality with very good analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, including presenting in public
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to organize events
  • Capacity to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic & creative thinking effective operationally, combined with attention to detail
  • English fluent, other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
