GoBritanya is a leading Student Accommodation Agency in the UK and Ireland, providing access to luxury student accommodation to students from across the world. Started in 2015, GoBritanya has grown and now provides short and long term to thousands of students each year, and we are looking for someone to join our team who is able help us develop further in the South and Southeast Asian countries.


We are looking to employ an engaging and self-motivated full time Regional Sales Manager who would be focusing on development and growth in South and Southeast Asian markets for GoBritanya’s student residences in the UK and Ireland.  The successful candidate will have worked in similar roles within the international education industry with experience in sales and marketing, and has an established agent base that they can bring over to GoBritanya.  Our ideal candidate will demonstrate regional expertise to increase sales of our student accommodation within these markets, grow GoBritanya’s reputation and help us deliver excellent customer service.


Eligibility to live and work in India. Alternatively, the role is also available LONDON/UK based - Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.


  •  Develop and manage regional agent networks 
  •  Develop and implement a strategic plan for each market  
  •  Seek out new business opportunities – growth areas, trends, partnerships
  •  Identify new sales channels 
  •  Generate sales & profit for GoBritanya
  •  Meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  •  Manage social media accounts for your region
  •  Understand and communicate the company’s services to partners and students through     digital and in person channels
  •  Undertake onshore & offshore agent visits
  •  Represent GoBritanya at events in your region
  •  Provide continues market analysis and insights in your reports
  •  Support the Operations Team to ensure the smooth process of bookings 
  •  Liaison with students and agents in your market to guarantee maximum student and agent  satisfaction
  •  Work closely with the Marketing Team on marketing materials for your market
  •  Work closely with the Business Development Manager to constantly improve the way the business operates
  •  Anything else deemed appropriate by the Business Development Manager or the Director
