Operating in a characterful, period building in Temple Bar overlooking the Liffey and welcoming up to 50 nationalities, KIC Dublin offers high quality English language programmes as well as a suite of support services including social programmes and accommodation.
We are now looking for a highly commercial, experienced manager to lead the team at KIC Dublin.
The role
Responsible for the leadership and direction of KIC Dublin, the focus of the role will be to ensure that the college delivers an exceptional educational experience to each student – from the quality of the teaching through to the standard of the facilities and to the high level of customer service provided by staff in the college. You will also work to ensure that the budget is well managed, that operational and financial targets are met and that development and motivation of staff remains a priority at all times. Finally, you will take care to nurture and development relationships with key external bodies and partners.
The candidate
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to be a first-rate people manager, great organiser, highly experienced in the operations side of an education, tourism, travel, leisure or hospitality business, with vision, drive, commercial acumen and the ability to provide clear leadership and direction. The role would suit a range of potential applicants so whether you are an experienced educational manager seeking a substantial challenge in international education and the EFL industry, or perhaps experienced business manager in another related field with transferable skills, then we would like to hear from you.
