MLA is an Italian Tour Operator, specialized in language courses abroad, leader in the Italian market and with solid reputation in Italy and abroad.

The Role:
1. Look for new colleges and university campus both in UK and US
2. Recruit staff (centre managers, activity managers, activity leaders, director of studies, teachers)
3. Maximise occupancy rates in residential beds and identify opportunities to increase accommodation revenue
4. Work closely with the summer schools team to ensure successful growth of centres and provision of quality programmes
5. Ensure centres meet budgeted targets
6. Is responsible for all areas of operations

The person:
1. Must have at least 3 years experience in junior language travel industry, ideally in this role.
2. Must have operational and commercial skills
